Custom website development

Websites designed and built around how your business works and sells. Work starts after the scope and project terms are agreed in writing.

When a custom website makes sense.

Custom makes sense when

  • Your current site no longer fits how the business sells.
  • You need pages, features, or a structure a template can't handle cleanly.
  • The site has to work with your tools, like a CRM, booking, or payments.
  • Speed, accessibility, and easy maintenance matter to you.
  • You want a foundation that can grow with new pages and features.

Best fit for

  • Small and midsize businesses that win customers through their website
  • Established companies with a site that no longer reflects the business
  • B2B teams that need inquiries, not just an online brochure
  • Teams that need custom features or connections to their tools

Websites built for a specific job.

  1. Lead-generation websites

Service and B2B sites structured around the questions buyers ask and the next step you want them to take.

  2. Websites with integrations

Forms, booking, payments, or CRM connections that send information to where your team already works.

  3. Sites with custom tools

Calculators, quote builders, or simple client areas. When a tool grows into a full application, we scope it as web application development.

Project pricing depends on scope.

Starting at $5,000

The starting price covers up to 5 core pages, responsive implementation, basic forms, and basic SEO structure. Work outside the included scope is estimated separately in writing. Final price is set in the written scope.

You get a written price before work starts. Changes to scope are agreed in writing first.

What affects the price

  1. Number of unique page templates
  2. Custom features and integrations
  3. Content: who writes it, and how much moves from the old site
  4. Design depth: adapted templates or fully custom layouts
  5. Timeline

Questions before you decide.

Do I own the code?

Ownership and rights to project deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Client-owned accounts and access are used where appropriate. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Can I edit content myself?

CMS options are available where required by the project scope. Editor training can be included when a CMS is part of the project. New page templates or features are development work.

What if I need changes after launch?

Post-launch support can be included or provided separately, depending on the project agreement. Changes are handled under a maintenance plan or quoted separately.

How do you work across time zones?

We are remote-first and work Monday–Friday, during DEXVANE business hours. Communication with US clients is mostly asynchronous, with calls scheduled at an agreed time. You have a clear point of contact throughout the project and written project updates.

Do you guarantee SEO results?

No. No one can guarantee rankings. We build on-page SEO basics into the site, and we offer a technical SEO audit and ongoing SEO services separately.

Final price is set in the written scope.
