$150 per server per month

For one Linux VPS with Nginx and an application or site, without Docker.

  • OS and system package updates, monthly

  • Nginx configuration and maintenance
  • Firewall and security settings maintained after hardening
  • Daily backups, including MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, kept for 14 days

$300 per server per month

For a server with Docker environments and regular deployments.

Plans are priced per server per month. Included hours do not roll over. Monthly plans are paid in advance, and cancellation requires 30 days' notice.

  • Before a plan

    Setup and hardening

    Initial Linux and Nginx configuration, firewall, security hardening, and backup and monitoring setup. A server that was set up elsewhere is checked when it joins a plan; if it doesn't meet the baseline, setup and hardening come first. Starting at $300, one-time.

  • When you change provider

    Server migration

    Moving a server from one VPS to another. Starting at $500, one-time. Complex setups get a custom quote. Moving a single website is covered by website migration.

Not included

  • VPS or cloud provider fees, domains, and licenses. Paid by you directly.
  • Application code debugging or development, new servers, and building CI/CD from scratch. Estimated separately in writing.
  • Database administration beyond backups, and work outside business hours

  • DEXVANE

    Updates, backups, monitoring, security maintenance, and administration within the plan, during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

  • Your VPS provider

    Hardware, network, and data center. Provider outages are outside our control.

  • You

    The provider account and billing. You keep your own administrative access to the server.

  • Honest limits

    No one can promise zero downtime or perfect security. Updates, hardening, backups, and monitoring reduce risk.

Questions before you decide.

Do I need to change my VPS provider?

No. Plans work with the VPS you already have, after the onboarding check. Provider fees stay with you.

What if the server goes down at night?

Alerts are reviewed during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. We don't offer an emergency or out-of-hours service.

Do you need root access?

Administrative access is needed to manage the server. You keep your own access; credentials are not held only by DEXVANE.

Do you manage databases?

Database backups are part of every plan. Database administration such as tuning or replication is estimated separately.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with 30 days' notice. When a plan ends, you receive current access details and information about the backups.
