Site down or broken?

For a site that stopped working, broke after an update, or that you lost access to. Requests are handled during business hours, with urgent issues first. We don't offer an emergency or out-of-hours service.

Recovery work can include

  • Restoring a site from an available backup
  • Recovery after a server failure
  • Database recovery
  • Restoring a broken site or its configuration

Clear responsibilities, honest limits.

  • DEXVANE

Updates, backups, monitoring, security updates, and support for plan work, during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

  • Your hosting provider

Servers, network, and data center. Outages on the provider's side are outside our control.

  • You

Hosting, domain, and license accounts and payments. You keep your own access to every account.

  • Honest limits

No one can promise zero downtime or perfect security. Updates, backups, and monitoring reduce risk.

Example. Details are defined in the plan agreement.

Questions before you decide.

Is hosting included?

No. Hosting, domain, and licenses are paid by you directly, with accounts in your name where appropriate.

What if an update breaks something?

A backup is made before updates, the site is checked after updating, and a problem caused by an update is rolled back as part of the plan.

How fast do you respond?

Requests are handled during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with urgent issues first. We don't promise a fixed response time.

Do you work with sites you didn't build?

Yes, for WordPress sites. Other platforms get a custom quote.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with 30 days' notice. When a plan ends, you receive current access details and information about the backups.
