WordPress & CMS websites

Professional websites on WordPress that your team can update.

Illustration, not live data.

When a WordPress website makes sense.

WordPress makes sense when

  • Your team wants to update pages without a developer.
  • The site follows a familiar structure: home, services, about, and contact pages.
  • An existing theme can carry the design you need.
  • Budget and time matter more than unique features.

Best fit for

  • Small and midsize businesses that want to edit their own content
  • Service businesses that need a professional site without custom features
  • Teams that want a widely used platform that other WordPress developers can also work on

  • Live WordPress websiteWorks on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Honest about themes and plugins.

Premium themes and plugins are licensed by their vendors, and license terms apply. A theme also sets limits on how far the design can change. These trade-offs are covered in the scope.

  • Ownership and access

Ownership and rights to project deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Client-owned accounts and access are used where appropriate.

  • Reviewed and tested

Code review and testing before production deployment, including responsive behavior, key user flows, and basic accessibility checks.

Project pricing depends on scope.

Starting at $2,500

The starting price covers up to 5 pages, WordPress setup and configuration, CMS configuration, and basic forms. Work outside the included scope is estimated separately in writing. Final price is set in the written scope.

You get a written price before work starts. Changes to scope are agreed in writing first.

What affects the price

  1. Number of pages
  2. How much the theme is customized
  3. Plugins and functionality
  4. Content: who writes it, and how much moves from the old site
  5. Forms and integrations

Questions before you decide.

Can my team edit the site?

Yes. WordPress is configured with editor accounts for the pages your team updates. Editor training can be included in the scope. New page templates or features are development work.

Is WordPress secure?

No platform can be made risk-free. Keeping WordPress, themes, and plugins updated, and limiting who has admin access, reduces risk. Ongoing updates are part of website maintenance & support.

Will I be locked into a theme?

A theme controls much of the design, so changing it later usually means redesign work. Your content stays in WordPress. The trade-offs are covered when the scope is agreed.

What does the price depend on?

The number of pages, how much the theme is customized, plugins and functionality, and content. Projects start at $2,500. You get a written price before work starts.

Can you work on an existing WordPress site?

Yes. Depending on what the site needs, see website redesign or website maintenance & support.
